1. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental and use of dumpsters and related services provided by Makeaway Dumpster Rental Inc. (“Makeaway Dumpster Rental,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting a dumpster, accepting delivery, using the dumpster, or otherwise obtaining our services, the customer (“you” or “customer”) agrees to comply with these Terms. These Terms are intended to help ensure that dumpster rentals are handled safely, efficiently, and fairly for both the customer and Makeaway Dumpster Rental.

Additional terms may apply depending on the type of rental, project, location, dumpster size, or services requested.

2. RESERVATIONS & RENTAL REQUESTS

Dumpster reservations are subject to availability. When requesting a dumpster, customers may be asked to provide information such as their name, phone number, delivery address, project type, dumpster size, preferred delivery date, and other information necessary to arrange the rental. A rental request does not necessarily guarantee availability until the rental has been confirmed by Makeaway Dumpster Rental.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for notifying us as soon as possible if any information changes.

3. DELIVERY & PLACEMENT

The customer is responsible for providing a suitable and accessible location for the dumpster. The delivery area should be reasonably accessible to the delivery vehicle and free from obstacles, low-hanging branches, vehicles, structures, wires, or other hazards that could interfere with safe placement.

Makeaway Dumpster Rental will make reasonable efforts to place the dumpster in the requested location. However, the final placement location may be adjusted when necessary for safety, accessibility, property conditions, or operational reasons.

Customers should obtain any permission required from property owners, landlords, homeowners’ associations, municipalities, or other applicable authorities before delivery.

4. DRIVEWAYS & PROPERTY

Customers should ensure that the selected placement area is suitable for the weight and dimensions of the dumpster and delivery equipment.

Although reasonable care will be taken during delivery and pickup, Makeaway Dumpster Rental is not responsible for ordinary wear, surface damage, cracking, staining, or other conditions that may occur to driveways, pavement, lawns, landscaping, or other surfaces as a result of placing, loading, servicing, or removing a dumpster.

Customers should notify us of any special property conditions or concerns before delivery.

5. ACCEPTABLE MATERIALS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that everything placed inside the dumpster is permitted under the rental agreement and applicable disposal requirements.

Commonly accepted materials may include household junk, furniture, construction debris, renovation debris, roofing materials, yard waste, and similar non-hazardous materials, depending on the dumpster and rental arrangement. If you are unsure whether a particular item can be placed inside the dumpster, ask Makeaway Dumpster Rental before loading it.

Material restrictions may vary depending on disposal requirements, local regulations, landfill requirements, and the specific rental.

6. PROHIBITED MATERIALS

Certain materials may not be placed in Makeaway Dumpster Rental containers.

Prohibited materials may include hazardous waste, chemicals, toxic substances, certain liquids, fuels, paints, solvents, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, radioactive materials, explosives, and other materials restricted by applicable disposal facilities or laws.
Electronic waste, tires, appliances, mattresses, batteries, and other specialty items may also be subject to additional restrictions or disposal requirements.

If you are uncertain about an item, contact Makeaway Dumpster Rental before placing it in the dumpster.
Customers may be responsible for additional charges, removal costs, disposal fees, or other expenses resulting from prohibited materials placed in the dumpster.

7. LOADING REQUIREMENTS

All materials must be loaded safely and remain within the dumpster.

Materials should not extend above the top of the container or beyond its sides. Overloaded dumpsters may create transportation hazards and may not be picked up until the load has been corrected.

Customers are responsible for distributing materials appropriately and ensuring that the dumpster is not overloaded.
Makeaway Dumpster Rental may refuse pickup or require the customer to remove excess material if a dumpster cannot be safely transported.

Additional charges may apply where excess material, unsafe loading, or other conditions require additional handling.

8. RENTAL PERIOD

The rental period will be based on the rental arrangement agreed upon at the time of booking.
Customers are expected to have the dumpster ready for pickup when the agreed rental period ends.

If additional time is needed, customers should contact Makeaway Dumpster Rental as early as possible. Extensions may be available depending on scheduling and availability.

Additional rental charges may apply when a dumpster remains on the property beyond the agreed rental period.

9. PICKUP & ACCESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the dumpster remains accessible when pickup is scheduled.
Vehicles, equipment, materials, gates, structures, or other obstacles should not prevent the delivery vehicle from safely accessing the dumpster.

If the dumpster cannot be safely accessed because of an obstruction or other customer-related condition, additional charges or rescheduling may apply.

Makeaway Dumpster Rental will make reasonable efforts to coordinate pickup with the customer.

10. FEES & PAYMENT

Rental pricing will depend on factors such as dumpster size, rental period, location, project type, and other applicable conditions.
The price provided at the time of booking will apply to the agreed rental arrangement unless additional charges become necessary.

Additional charges may result from circumstances such as prohibited materials, excess weight, extended rental periods, difficult access, additional trips, or other services requested by the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying all agreed charges and applicable additional fees associated with their rental.

11. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If you need to cancel or change a dumpster reservation, please contact Makeaway Dumpster Rental as soon as possible.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the timing of the request, whether delivery has already been scheduled, and other circumstances associated with the rental. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when scheduling allows, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, delivery, or other charges will be communicated to the customer when applicable.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer is responsible for using the dumpster appropriately and in accordance with these Terms.

This includes providing accurate information, selecting a suitable placement location, loading the dumpster safely, avoiding prohibited materials, keeping the dumpster accessible, and notifying Makeaway Dumpster Rental of any concerns or changes affecting the rental.

The customer is also responsible for obtaining any permits, permissions, or approvals that may be required for placing a dumpster at the requested location.

13. DAMAGE, LOSS & MISUSE

Customers are expected to take reasonable care of the dumpster while it is located on their property.

The customer may be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, intentional damage, improper loading, prohibited materials, fire, or other circumstances caused by the customer or individuals acting on the customer’s behalf.

Customers should not move, modify, paint, alter, or otherwise interfere with the dumpster or delivery equipment.

Any concerns about damage or unusual conditions should be reported to Makeaway Dumpster Rental promptly.

14. SAFETY

Dumpsters should be used only for their intended purpose.

Customers should not allow children or unauthorized individuals to climb into, onto, or around the dumpster.
Customers should exercise reasonable caution when loading materials and should avoid placing hazardous, unstable, or prohibited materials inside the container.

Do not burn materials inside a Makeaway Dumpster Rental dumpster.
If unsafe conditions develop around the dumpster, customers should contact Makeaway Dumpster Rental as soon as possible.

15. PERMITS & LOCAL REQUIREMENTS

Depending on the location and circumstances of the rental, a permit or other authorization may be required before placing a dumpster on a public street, right-of-way, or certain private properties.

The customer is responsible for determining whether a permit or authorization is required and for obtaining it unless Makeaway Dumpster Rental has specifically agreed in writing to handle that responsibility.

Customers should check with their local municipality or applicable authority when necessary.

16. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Makeaway Dumpster Rental will make reasonable efforts to provide delivery, pickup, and related services as scheduled.

However, delays or interruptions may occur because of weather, traffic, mechanical problems, road conditions, disposal facility restrictions, emergencies, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When circumstances affect a scheduled delivery or pickup, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and arrange an alternative time when possible.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Makeaway Dumpster Rental is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, or expenses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from the customer’s failure to follow these Terms.

This may include issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer, inaccessible delivery locations, prohibited materials, improper loading, failure to obtain required permissions, or unsafe site conditions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Makeaway Dumpster Rental may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes may be made to reflect updates to our services, rental procedures, pricing practices, website, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with the applicable “Last Updated” date.

Customers are encouraged to review these Terms before arranging a new rental.

19. GOVERNING TERMS

These Terms & Conditions are intended to govern the relationship between Makeaway Dumpster Rental and its customers in connection with the rental and use of our dumpster services.

Any disputes or matters arising from a rental will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to override rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
